FIXED-TURNING interpolation machining completely eliminates all the distortions shown in figures 1 and 2. The occurrence of notches and waves is virtually impossible.

Single-point machining does not allow for this type of distortion to occur. You only need to analyze the principle of nest machining to see for yourself. Machining with a rotating tool moving on two interpolated axes produces perfectly round circular micro-grooves. The depth of the grooves and the distance between them are controlled by the numerical control of the machine, creating the best possible surface.

Significant reduction of cutting resistance (300x and more) and minimization of machining imperfections make FIXED-TURNING rank at the highest level in the quality scale defined by OEM.
