Due to its properties, the offered material is particularly recommended for use in the heads of diesel engines and LPG-powered engines. The material is made by precision casting, and in order to obtain perfect axiality, the sleeves are pre-turned to the dimensions given in the catalogue. The quality of valve seats and their operational durability depends on: - the chemical composition of the material, taking into account the optimal content of chromium, nickel, tungsten and vanadium among other elements, - production technology using precision casting to prepare the initial product from which the valve seats are made, - processing thermal insulation, ensuring operational stability at high temperatures and resistance to thermal fatigue of valve seats.
