In order to meet the expectations of our customers, we offer a new product "Valve seat bushings" in the form of semi-finished products intended for the production of professional valve seats, meeting all operating standards. Due to its properties, the offered material is particularly recommended for use in the heads of diesel engines and LPG-powered engines. The material is made using the precision casting method, and additionally, to obtain ideal axiality, the bushings are pre-turned to the dimensions given in the catalog.
The quality of valve seats and their operational durability depends on:
-chemical composition of the material, taking into account the optimal content of chromium, nickel, tungsten and vanadium, among other elements,
-production technology using precision casting for the initial preparation of the product from which the valve seats are made,
-heat treatment, ensuring operational stability at high temperatures and resistance to thermal fatigue of valve seats.
